Chris Stout is the founder of Stout Homes Inc, a Staten Island–based development company focused exclusively on new home construction.
Christ Stout is an accomplished multifamily real estate investor with over a decade of experience. With a background of 20+ years in residential construction, he skillfully oversees all projects in his portfolio. Chris is a master at repositioning assets and navigating zoning regulations. He firmly believes that asset management is superior to property management, leveraging his expertise in this area to drive income while minimizing expenses, delivering exceptional returns. His proficiency in revitalizing seemingly unbuildable projects is a testament to his dedication to asset management’s transformative power.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Chris is a proud father of three and has been happily married to his wife, Danielle, for over ten years. His commitment to family values and passion for his work continue to be driving forces in his successful real estate ventures.
